Haven’t Received an Ordered Item?
Shipped goods typically take 5-7 days (Locally) to ship upon receiving your order.
Please be aware that we sale a few quantity of the same item. The item you have ordered might be out of stock. We will do our possible to get it from France the sooner as possible. In that case it might take longer. Between 21 and 30 days. If you prefer a refund we will be glad to send your money back.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to get in touch with us regarding a refund for any reason, please send an email to samantha@lilimerveille.com . You will be provided with instructions on how to receive a full refund or exchange as well as instructions for any items requiring return to Lili Merveille Llc.
All returns must be made within 30 days upon placing your order. We do not accept returns after the 30-day period.
For Kids clothes ( we do not return or exchange jewelry and candies ) :
We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise, with original sales tag attached within 30 days.
All returns are subject to verification of original sale. We reserve the right to limit returns regardless of receipt.
Merchandise may only be returned in the country in which it was originally purchased.
To make a return or exchange, you will be required to present a valid photo ID* (see below for the types of ID that we accept) that will be scanned at the time of the return.
*Lili Merveille accepts the following IDs for all returns : U.S. or Canadian Driver’s License, U.S. State ID, Canadian Province ID, U.S. Military ID, Passport, U.S. Laser Visa, and Mexican Consulate Card.

If the return is within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund by check or bank transfer.

Merchandise may be returned by mail or to any of our retail stores within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Please note: We do not accept exchanges on online orders. Exchanges can be made at our store locations, or the item can be returned to our online store for a credit. The restrictions and conditions stated in the Return Policy above apply.

We advise selecting an insured mail service, we are not responsible for items that we do not receive.
Packages must be returned prepaid, COD deliveries will not be accepted.
Unfortunately we cannot refund original or return shipping fees.
If you are returning a gift and prefer to receive a Gift Card for the total amount than a refund, please let us know.

We will process your request within a week of receiving it, but it generally takes 5-15 days for the refund to be completed.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed your request.
If you are requesting for a refund, you will only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please note: You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back.
All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept back an item deemed to not be in its original condition. If so, we will refuse it and ask you to pay to have it returned to you.
